Fibrant collects the information you provide when creating an account — your email address, display name, and portfolio data you choose to enter. This data is stored securely in our database and is never sold or shared with third parties for advertising purposes.

We use your data exclusively to provide and improve the Fibrant service. Portfolio transactions, holdings, and AI conversation history are private to your account and governed by row-level security policies in our database.

Market data (prices, exchange rates, sector information) is fetched from third-party providers and cached server-side. No personally identifiable information is sent to these providers beyond what is required for the API calls.

If you choose to use the AI Analyst, your messages are processed by Anthropic's Claude API under Anthropic's own privacy policy. We do not train models on your conversation data. You may delete your conversation history at any time from the AI Analyst settings.

You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by contacting contact@deepspace.com.mx.

By accessing or using Fibrant, you agree to these Terms of Service. Fibrant is provided by DeepSpace and is intended for personal, non-commercial use by individual investors for portfolio tracking and analysis.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree not to use Fibrant for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the service.

Fibrant is provided "as is." We make no warranties — express or implied — about the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose of any data or analysis presented. Portfolio data and AI analysis are for informational purposes only and do not constitute financial advice.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or that engage in abuse of the platform. Subscription fees, where applicable, are non-refundable except as required by applicable law.

These terms are governed by the laws of Mexico. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Mexico City, Mexico.

Fibrant is a portfolio tracking and analysis tool. Nothing on Fibrant — including AI Analyst responses, portfolio metrics, benchmark comparisons, or any other output — constitutes investment advice, a recommendation to buy or sell any security, or an offer to provide investment advisory services.

All data displayed in Fibrant, including market prices, sector classifications, and performance figures, is sourced from third-party providers and may be delayed, inaccurate, or incomplete. Fibrant makes no representation as to the accuracy or timeliness of this data.

Past performance shown in Fibrant — whether for your own portfolio or benchmark indices — is not indicative of future results. Investing involves risk, including the possible loss of principal.

The AI Analyst uses large language models to reason about your portfolio. AI responses may contain errors, omissions, or outdated information. Always verify any AI-generated insight independently and consult a licensed financial advisor before making investment decisions.

Fibrant and DeepSpace are not registered as investment advisers, broker-dealers, or financial planners in any jurisdiction.

Fibrant is built on Supabase, which provides Postgres with row-level security (RLS) policies enforced at the database level. Every user can only access their own data — this is enforced server-side regardless of the request origin.

All data in transit is encrypted via TLS. Passwords are never stored in plaintext; authentication is handled by Supabase Auth using industry-standard hashing. Sessions use short-lived JWT tokens with secure cookie storage.

Your personal Anthropic API key, if provided for bring-your-own-key usage, is stored encrypted at rest and is never logged or exposed in API responses.

AI Analyst file uploads are stored in a private Supabase Storage bucket. Files are never publicly accessible — all access is mediated by server-side signed URLs with short expiration windows.

If you discover a security vulnerability, please report it responsibly to contact@deepspace.com.mx. We take all reports seriously and aim to respond within 48 hours.
