The terms of the first fifty.

The cohort is limited to 40 Founding Pro memberships and 10 Founding Premium memberships. It is available only to new or Free accounts, with one membership per account.

Availability shown on the campaign page is approximate. Only the atomic server reservation is authoritative, and a provisional seat number is not a membership until activation.

A successful purchase provides the selected plan for a fixed twelve-month period beginning on the Stripe subscription start date.

The entire first-year amount is charged at checkout: $299 USD plus applicable tax or $6,199 MXN including IVA for Pro; $499 USD plus applicable tax or $10,899 MXN including IVA for Premium.

After the fixed first year, the subscription automatically converts in the same currency to the regular monthly price: Pro at $29 USD plus applicable tax or $599 MXN including IVA; Premium at $55 USD plus applicable tax or $1,199 MXN including IVA.

The monthly subscription continues until canceled. Prices may change only as permitted by the general Business Terms and applicable law.

Canceling during the paid first year removes the future monthly phase. It does not provide an immediate refund, proration, or loss of access; access continues through the first-year end date.

During the first monthly transition phase, cancellation takes effect at that phase's end. After schedule release, normal monthly cancellation rules apply. Refunds are available only where required by applicable law.

Once activated, Founding Member recognition, tier label, founder date, and active seat number remain attached to the account permanently.

This recognition is separate from paid entitlements. Canceling or later losing paid access does not remove founder recognition, and founder recognition alone does not grant ongoing Pro or Premium features.

Some benefits may be described as experimental. They can change, be delayed, be restricted, or never become generally available. The program does not guarantee a specific roadmap, release date, or lifetime access to any feature.

Members may share feedback with the team. Participation in feedback is encouraged but is not a condition of continued access unless expressly stated otherwise.

Fibrant's general Business Terms, Privacy Policy, investment disclosures, and applicable law also govern use of the service. If these Founding terms conflict on a program-specific matter, these terms control that matter.
